u2wallet Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and u2wallet (hereinafter "u2wallet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the online gambling services, website, and related digital infrastructure accessible at https://u2wallet.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

u2wallet is an English-language online gambling platform designed and operated for players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform offers sports betting, live dealer casino games, slots, poker, lottery, and related wagering services. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

These Terms are provided in English and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions (if any are produced for informational purposes), the English version shall prevail in all cases.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an active account on the u2wallet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. u2wallet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and gambling activities in accordance with international licensing standards. This requirement is higher than some jurisdictions' minimum age — we apply the 21+ standard to all players without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated programme) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of u2wallet or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any industry self-exclusion programme that covers u2wallet.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

u2wallet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds. Real-money deposit balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following eligibility review, subject to any applicable fraud checks.

Each Player may hold one (1) account only on the u2wallet Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts (whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration and at any point thereafter, u2wallet may require you to complete its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require submission of the following documents, though not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued identity document — Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Age: Any document confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address (issued within 3 months).
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation of ownership of any bank account, e-wallet (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay), or cryptocurrency wallet used to transact on the Platform.
• Source of Funds: Where required by anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the Platform's satisfaction. u2wallet reserves the right to place withdrawal holds on accounts pending verification, and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information at all times. Any change in your personal details (name, address, contact information) must be reported to the Platform within seven (7) days of the change occurring.

u2wallet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local and international payment methods, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB).

• Minimum Deposit: RM50 (MYR 50) for most payment methods; equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposit Fees: u2wallet does not charge deposit processing fees. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically settled within 5–30 minutes of processing. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network conditions.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the associated deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering control and cannot be waived.
• Currency: All balances are held and settled in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

u2wallet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the Platform will notify the Player in writing and initiate a formal investigation. Funds will be returned or forfeited in accordance with the outcome of that investigation.

u2wallet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this Clause and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, specific promotion terms prevail over these general terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 3,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.
• Maximum bet per spin or per bet while a bonus is active is RM20, unless the Platform specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms, will have their accounts suspended and all bonus winnings forfeited.

u2wallet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have commenced bonus wagering activity in good faith.

You agree to use the u2wallet Platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including for placing bets, exploiting odds, or bypassing security measures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Platform's software, security architecture, or RNG systems.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform to facilitate or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while representing yourself as being located in an eligible jurisdiction.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other users of the Platform.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and permanent closure at the Platform's discretion. Any balance associated with a breached account may be forfeited pending investigation.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, design elements, and data published on the u2wallet Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of u2wallet or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from u2wallet.

Game titles, graphics, and content provided by third-party game suppliers integrated into the Platform remain the intellectual property of those suppliers and are subject to their respective licence agreements. u2wallet does not warrant the intellectual property status of third-party content but licenses such content under appropriate commercial agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u2wallet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or events outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds data, game information, or promotional materials.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform, including losses resulting from an unfavourable outcome of any bet or wager.

Where the Platform's liability cannot be excluded by law, u2wallet's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

u2wallet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Receive timed notifications during play reminding you of time elapsed and net session results.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with a minimum 6-month self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the nominated period.

u2wallet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at any time and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.
• At your own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any disputed amounts) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following investigation. u2wallet will not process refunds to payment methods that differ from those used for the original deposits.

Players may request account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests submitted for responsible gambling purposes (self-exclusion) will be honoured immediately.

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to the use of the u2wallet Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which the Platform operates. By registering an account, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.

In the event of any dispute, you are encouraged to contact u2wallet's customer support team in the first instance. The Platform will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the issue.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated under the Platform's licensing terms. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.

u2wallet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required to comply with an urgent legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Closing your account after receiving notice of an amendment will not affect any transactions completed prior to the effective date.
